History Of Sports Betting in Wyoming
Sports betting has been live since Gov Mark Gordon signed HB133 into law. Despite that, sportsbooks have only gone live since September 1st, with both BetMGM and DraftKings, who launched their operations in the Cowboy state in October. Although the law allows for both online and retail sportsbooks in the state, there are only online sportsbooks available, as no retail sportsbooks are currently operating. However, the expectation is to see retail sports betting launch in the state pretty soon.
